Our Background:

Established in March 1990 as F D Enterprises Inc by Frank Duca Jr, we started modestly with our first modular home.

In October 2010, the family partnership was formed with Frank Duca, Frank Duca III and Bradley Duca.  

Throughout the years, we gained expertise in housing and design.  We wanted to improve the quality of rental properties in the CALU area, and constructed our own student housing apartments. 

Our objective is to provide the best quality, rental properties at a competitive price.
